Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the service, campaign stage, work already completed, third-party commitments and the specific agreement applicable to your transaction.
Refund Policy Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to Creator Bolta Hai for services, campaigns, creator collaborations, marketing activities, onboarding or other commercial arrangements unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Because many of our services involve advance planning, campaign coordination, creator reservations, negotiations, production work and third-party commitments, a payment may become non-refundable once the relevant work or commitment has commenced.
Refund decisions are based on the nature and stage of the transaction rather than simply whether a customer changes their mind after work has begun.
Payments
Payments must be made through the payment method, bank account, payment gateway or other method officially communicated by Creator Bolta Hai.
Users should retain payment confirmations, invoices, receipts and other transaction records.
- Do not make payments to unauthorized individuals.
- Verify payment instructions before transferring funds.
- Transaction charges imposed by banks or payment providers may not be refundable by us.
- Applicable taxes may be treated separately from service fees where required by law.
Advance Payments
Some services or campaigns may require an advance, deposit or first installment before work begins.
An advance payment may be used to reserve resources, initiate campaign planning, coordinate creators, prepare materials, allocate team resources or undertake other preliminary work.
Where work has commenced, resources have been allocated, creators have been booked or third-party commitments have been made, the relevant advance may not be refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Service & Agency Fees
Fees charged for strategy, campaign planning, management, coordination, creator sourcing, negotiations, administration or other professional services may become non-refundable once the relevant work has been performed or commenced.
Before work begins
A refund may be considered where no material work or third-party commitment has commenced.
Work in progress
Any refund may be adjusted for work already performed and committed costs.
Completed services
Fees for services already substantially performed are generally not refundable.
Campaign Payments
Campaign payments may cover creator fees, agency fees, production, coordination, media, logistics, platform charges or other agreed campaign expenses.
Once a campaign has been confirmed and resources or creators have been allocated, cancellation may result in partial or no refund depending on the applicable campaign agreement.
If a campaign-specific agreement contains a cancellation or refund schedule, that schedule will generally govern the campaign.
Creator-Related Payments
Where payments are collected or processed in connection with creators, the applicable campaign agreement will determine the creator's fee, payment conditions and cancellation obligations.
Where a creator has already completed agreed work, produced content, attended an event, reserved time or otherwise performed contractual obligations, cancellation may not automatically entitle the paying party to a full refund.
When a Refund May Be Considered
Subject to the applicable agreement and law, a refund may be considered in circumstances such as:
- A payment was made in error and the issue is verified.
- A service was not commenced and the applicable agreement permits cancellation.
- Creator Bolta Hai materially fails to provide a service that was expressly agreed and the issue cannot reasonably be remedied.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- A refund is expressly required under the applicable agreement or law.
A refund request does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Generally Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to applicable law and specific contractual terms, refunds may generally not be available for:
- Services that have already been substantially performed.
- Creator fees already paid or committed.
- Third-party costs already incurred.
- Campaigns already launched or substantially executed.
- Content already created or delivered.
- Campaign slots or creator availability already reserved.
- Administrative or coordination work already performed.
- Customer decisions to discontinue a project after work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.
- Changes in preference, strategy or business plans after a service has commenced.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests should be submitted through an official communication channel as soon as possible.
The effective cancellation date will generally be determined by when a valid cancellation request is received and acknowledged, subject to the applicable agreement.
The earlier a cancellation request is received, the greater the opportunity to prevent additional costs or third-party commitments.
Brand / Client Cancellation
If a brand or client cancels a confirmed campaign, the financial consequences may depend on the campaign stage.
- Before creator confirmation: cancellation may be handled according to the applicable agreement.
- After creator confirmation: committed creator fees or cancellation charges may apply.
- After content production: completed production and creator costs may remain payable.
- After campaign publication: refunds will generally not be available for completed deliverables.
Creator Cancellation
Creators who accept a campaign may be required to comply with the campaign agreement, brief and cancellation terms applicable to that campaign.
Repeated cancellations, failure to deliver, unauthorized withdrawal or material breach may affect future campaign eligibility.
Any recovery or adjustment relating to creator cancellation will be governed by the applicable creator or campaign agreement and applicable law.
Cancellation by Creator Bolta Hai
Creator Bolta Hai may cancel, suspend or discontinue a service or campaign for legitimate operational, legal, security, payment, availability or other reasonable reasons.
Where Creator Bolta Hai cancels a service before material performance and no suitable alternative is provided, any refund will be determined according to the applicable agreement and law.
Failed or Incomplete Services
If you believe a paid service was not delivered substantially in accordance with the agreed scope, contact us promptly with details of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may attempt to correct the issue, complete the relevant service, provide an alternative remedy, credit the relevant amount or consider a refund where appropriate.
A service issue will be evaluated based on the agreed scope rather than subjective expectations or guaranteed results that were not expressly promised.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a transaction was incorrect, duplicated or unauthorized, contact us promptly with the transaction reference and relevant details.
We may request supporting documentation to verify the transaction and determine the appropriate resolution.
Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs or other authentication credentials while submitting a refund request.
Chargebacks & Payment Reversals
If a payment is disputed through a bank, card issuer or payment provider after services have been provided or contractual commitments have been made, Creator Bolta Hai may provide relevant transaction records, invoices, communications and service documentation to the payment provider as permitted by applicable law and provider rules.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual obligations or entitle a party to retain completed services or deliverables.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, the amount will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing time may depend on banks, payment gateways, card issuers and other financial institutions.

We review the transaction and supporting information.

The applicable agreement, work completed and cancellation circumstances are assessed.

We may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right, remedy, refund, cancellation protection or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

The purpose of this policy is to establish predictable commercial rules while preserving rights that apply under mandatory law.
